SPK, Global Liman'ın ek satışla birlikte yüzde 41.8 payının 19.6 - 23.5 TL'den halka arzını onayladı

SPK'dan Global Liman'ın Halka Arzına Onay

SPK Global Yatırım Holding'in bağlı ortaklığı Global Liman'ın ek satışla birlikte yüzde 41.8 payının 19.6-23.5 liradan halka arzını onayladı.

SPK'nın haftalık bülteninde yer alan bilgiye göre, Global Liman'ın 66.25 milyon lira olan sermayesi 23.75 milyon lira bedelli artışla 90 milyon liraya çıkartılacak.

Açıklamaya göre, 9 milyon nominal mevcut pay satışı ile 4.91 milyon nominal ek pay satışı kapsamında halka arz edilecek olan payların tamamı Global Yatırım Holding'e ait bulunuyor.

Global Liman SPK tarafından onaylanmamış taslak izahnamesini geçen hafta açıklamıştı.
