Steel hot-rolled coil export price assessment, FOB Black Sea, CIS, was $560-575/t, which was $550-575/t previous week. Offers from one Russian exporter, affected by international sanctions, were heard at $560-565/t FOB, up by $10-15/t week on week. HRC from non-sanctioned suppliers in Russia were heard at $600/t CFR in Türkiye, $575/t FOB.
Russian flat steel prices on the rise
Russia’s export offer prices on flat steel products went up last week after higher prices were achieved in deals from China to Turkey.
