Received Full Marks at Corporate Governance Awards

The thirteenth Corporate Governance Awards ceremony of the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD) was held on 4 April at the TÜSİAD conference hall. According to the list based on the corporate governance ratings of the companies in 2022, QUA Granite was deemed worthy of the "Company with the Highest Increase in Rating in the Corporate Governance Index in the Last Year" award.

QUA Granite Independent Board Member Aclan Acar expressed his views on the subject as follows: "The development of a corporate governance approach that increases transparency is of great importance for all sectors. Today, the concepts of digitalisation, technology, sustainability and innovation stand out rather than traditional growth models. As QUA Granite, we continue to carry out our work by creating awareness in accordance with the requirements of our age in order to provide a good life for future generations. This year, we are proud to be the 'Organisation with the Highest Increase in Rating' in the BIST Corporate Governance Index, which is published on the basis of the corporate governance ratings of companies in 2022.
