Finland-based Europe's leading stainless steel producer, Outokumpu, announced that it has agreed on terms and conditions for the sale of a stake in Argentine consumer electronics and auto parts maker Mirgor and its Argentine subsidiary Outokumpu Fortinox. SA
Fortinox will remain the sole distributor of Outokumpu products in Argentina, Paraguay and Bolivia.
The transaction is expected to be completed by November 24 this year at the latest.
