Minister Simsek: We will bring our economic policies to price and financial stability in the short term

After the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey increased the interest rate after 27 months, while the upward momentum in Dollar / TL continued, new statements came from the Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek.

Minister Şimşek answered the questions of the press members at Ankara Esenboğa Airport before his departure to Istanbul.

Treasury and Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek: "Our economic policies target price stability and financial stability in the short term. We are determined to achieve these goals. As stated in the Central Bank's statement yesterday, this is a process. This process will be managed gradually with determination."
