The passing of Aysel Aslan has caused great sadness in the steel and maritime sectors, especially in İÇDAŞ family. Those close to the deceased stated that she will always be remembered for her loving personality and contributions to the industry.
Aslan's funeral will be held on Friday, May 23, 2025, after the funeral prayer to be performed after the afternoon prayer at Fatih Mosque in İstanbul, and will be buried in the family tomb in Topkapı.
