The French rebar market had a rather weak period in January. Despite the demand in the market, it is known that customers are insecure and only buy when necessary. Rebar prices, which decreased by €40-50/ton in December, are trading at €700-730/ton. It is expected that the stagnation and weak sales levels in the rebar market will continue in February as well.
