Some suppliers are offering lower prices, such as USD532/ton CFR Vietnam for 3-12 mm Q235 grade hot rolled coil position cargoes.
Hoa Phat announced that their products of SAE1006 or SS400 quality for July delivery are priced at around USD577/ton CFR south Vietnam equivalent, excluding VAT.
Market analysts anticipate that Hoa Phat's prices will be compared with those in China on Monday, and local buyers will make their ordering decisions accordingly.
Overall, the Vietnam HRC market remains uncertain until Monday, with prices and supply expected to clarify with China's market reopening.
