The deal is the final deal to be signed by steelworker representatives this year, and U.S. Steel says it's the U.S. Steel manufacturing, iron ore and some steel pipe plants have 11,000 USW representative employees.
This fall, USW also signed new contracts with steelmakers Algoma, Cleveland-Cliffs and Stelco.
