US pipe imports increase in October

The US imported about 76,500 tons of pipes in October this year. 

Among them, imports from South Korea had the largest share at roughly 19,900 tons, down 45.5% month on month and 19.8 percent year on year. Other important sources of imports include Mexico (about 10,400 tons) and Canada (about 8,400 tons).

During this period, the import value amounted to approximately USD 131 million, down 4.3% month on month and up 102.8% year on year.
