According to statistics, the US exported approximately 6,700 tons of structural pipes in December this year, down 23% month on month and 7% lower than the same month of the previous year.
Among them, exports to Canada accounted for the largest share, with a monthly increase of 26.2% and a decrease of 10.8% y-o-y, totaling approximately 3,900 tons. Mexico was in second place with 2,400 tons and exports to other locations were below 1,000 tons.
In this period, the export value decreased by 18.9% monthly and 18.4% annually, amounting to approximately 13 million USD.
