In September this year, US cut-to-length plate (CTL) exports stood at around 46,000 tons, down by 21% m-o-m and up by 13.4% y-o-y.
Imports from South Korea totaled about 20,200 tons, from Canada about 19,700 tons and from Japan about 2,500 tons.
The value of imports in this period amounted to approximately US$ 65 million.
