Ukrainian flat steel products imports amounted to 60.67 thousand tons in February, an increase of 48.3% compared to the previous month. The cost of imports is worth $ 69.8 million.
Between January and February, Ukraine's consumption of flat products amounted to 101.6 thousand tons, and the consumption cost amounted to $ 120.5 million.
In February 2023, the import costs of Ukraine's flat-rolled products increased by 14.1% y-o-y.
The largest suppliers of coated flat rolled products for Ukraine include China with 24.58%, Poland with 23.5% and Turkey with 17.04%. Turkey is also the main supplier of uncoated cold rolled flat products in the same period.
