The USA scrap prices decline

Import prices of cast iron scrap from the US to Bangladesh fell further.

The USA cast iron scrap offers are at $535-540/ton CFR Chittagong, down $15/ton.

However, there was not much activity in the market due to the lowered expectations for finished steel.

Bangladesh's bulk scrap imports stood at 210,000 tons in November'21, compared to 230,000 tons in October.
