The USA Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that Turkey is selling circular carbon standard pipe and tubing products at prices below normal value, according to the final result of its anti-dumping (AD) tax administrative review. The review period has been set from May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020.
The weighted average dumping margin for Borusan Mannesmann, Kale Connection Technologies, Noksel Çelik Boru Sanayi was reduced from 26.22% in the preliminary result to 5.8%.
It was determined that thirteen companies did not ship the products in question to the US market during the review period. The cash deposit ratio for all other Turkish producers or exporters will remain at 14.74%.
The products included in this case are under HS codes 7306.30.1000, 7306.30.5025, 7306.30.5032, 7306.30.5040, 7306.30.5055, 7306.30.5085 and 7306.30.5090
