SAIL (Steel Authority of India), affiliated to the Ministry of Steel in India, is among the top three steel producing companies in the country.
It was announced that the company's crude steel production increased by 8 percent year-on-year in the first quarter, reaching 4,660 million tons. Reaching the highest performance in its history, SAIL had a sales volume of 4 million tons with an increase of 24 percent compared to 2022.
