Rise in Kardemir prices led to an increase in spot prices in the region

Registration has started in the rebar monitoring system. Many manufacturers, exporters, importers, wholesalers, dealers, traders, building contractors, building inspection organizations and other companies operating in the relevant sector have started to register. While this situation creates an additional cost, producers are staying away from new sales, and traders are prioritizing the sale-shipment of rebar in stock.

For this reason, producer prices have remained flat between $620-635/ton, while spot market prices have occasionally seen lower offers. Spot prices in Karabük region, on the other hand, rose by 300 Turkish lira on Kardemir's price hike.
