The latest situation in steel quotas was evaluated according to data from official sources of China.
The quotas for Non Alloy and Other Alloy Merchant Bars and Light Sections, Sheet Piling, Welved Pipes and 3B Electrical Sheets have been exhausted. 104.116/t was used out of 131.248/t quota announced in 4B metallic coated sheets, the remaining quota amount was recorded as 27.132/t.
From the announced 7.304/t quota of Stainless HR Quarto Plate, 721/t has been used so far. 6.583/t quota is still not used.
While 605/t of the announced quota of 1.519/t was used for wire rod, the remaining quota of 914/t was recorded.
In other products, the quotas were recorded as follows;
37.120/t of the announced quota of 143.929/t for Non Alloy Wire was used. The remaining quota amount was recorded as 106,809/t.
The amount of quota remaining from the announced quota of 1.4177/t of Railway Materials was recorded as 25/t.
The quota amount for Stainless Pipes (Seamless) remaining from the announced quota of 1.057/t was recorded as 412/t.
The remaining quota amount for Other Seamless Tubes 36.143/t announced was recorded as 97/t from the quota.
The remaining quota amount of Non-alloy and other alloy cold finished bars was recorded as 32,245/t from the announced quota of 44,898.
