While iron prices closed at the top in the first half of 2021 and the first week of July, they decreased in the second half of the year. Trying to recover at the end of July, prices have fallen sharply since last week. While the price of $449 is heard in import scrap purchases today, the price of CME iron ore has decreased on a daily basis.
On the other hand, according to the information from the market, it has been heard that Iskendurun's factories are making export deals in the range of $640-650.
The rebar prices we publish on a daily basis are as follows;
Istanbul iron prices are reduced by 50 TL to 6.800 TL
İzmir iron prices are reduced by 70 TL to 6.750 TL
Karabük iron prices go to a discount of 100 TL and 6.750 TL
Payas iron prices were reduced by 100 TL and announced as 6.750 TL.
