The plan is to increase rebar and wire rod capacity from the current 267,000 tonnes/year to 475,200 tonnes/year by streamlining and optimising the process.
The annual capacity of HC and MS GI wire will also be increased from 62,050 tonnes to 237,600 tonnes with the help of state-of-the-art machinery.
To realise environment-friendly operations, ISWP is using facilities such as a water recycling plant, low-noise machines and advanced pollution control equipment.
