According to the results of 2022, the metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine reduced the production of rolled products by 71.96% compared to 2021 to 5.35 million tons.
Pig iron production decreased by 69.8% in 2022 compared to the previous year and decreased to 6.39 million tons. In this period, steel production decreased by 70.7% compared to the previous year and amounted to 6.26 million tons.
Ukrainian metallurgists produced 108 thousand tons of rolled products in December 2022, as a result of a decrease of 92.9% compared to December of the previous year and 51.3% compared to the previous month. Steel production decreased by 93.9% year-on-year on a monthly basis.
