First iron prices of November 2021 announced

Iron and steel markets greeted the morning of November 1 with Botaş hike. While there was no change in the natural gas tariff for residential consumers, the tariff that would be valid for industrial subscribers was increased by approximately 48 percent, and the tariff for electricity generation was increased by approximately 46 percent. The increase in energy costs cannot be avoided.

While there was no change in the dollar-based prices of the factories in the face of costs, there was not much demand from the trader's side.

The traded rebar prices we publish on a daily basis are as follows;

Istanbul iron prices increased by 50 TL to 8.400 TL.

İzmir iron prices increased by 20 TL to 8.400 TL.

Karabük iron prices increased by 50 TL to 8. 450 TL.

Payas iron prices increased by 10 TL and were announced as 8. 380 TL.
