The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has released the final results of its anti-dumping (AD) tax administrative review conducted from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. The results of this review determined that Turkey's rebar producers and exporters were selling their products below normal values throughout the year.
At the same time, USDOC determined that Habaş did not ship any of the goods in question to the United States during the review period.
The weighted average dumping margin for Çolakoğlu and Kaptan was determined as 1.13% and 5.51%, respectively. The margin allocated to the other three companies not included in the review, Diler Dış Ticaret, İçdaş and Sami Soybaş Demir Sanayi ve Ticaret was 3.76%.
