China HRC prices decreased by %2.59 in June
China’s spot HRC market, which opened at USD 502.00 on June 1, continued its gradual decline throughout the month and fell to USD 489.00 on June 25. Chinese-origin HRC prices recorded a net decrease of %2.59, equivalent to USD 13.00, in June, dropping below the USD 500 threshold.
India HRC market gained strength with a %3.70 increase
In contrast to China, India’s HRC market experienced a strong and active month in June. Prices, which stood at USD 595.00 on June 1, maintained an upward trend and reached USD 617.00 by June 25. The Indian market recorded a net monthly increase of %3.70, equivalent to USD 22.00.
South Korea HRC prices increased by %1.97, surpassing USD 620
South Korea’s HRC (2.3 mm x 4 x 8) prices followed a similar upward trend to India. Prices, which were stable at USD 610.00 at the beginning of the month, increased by %1.97, equivalent to USD 12.00, reaching USD 622.00 as of June 25.
