Export and e-export support limits updated

The Ministry of Trade has comprehensively updated the upper limits of traditional and digital support mechanisms provided to exporters for 2026. The revised support amounts—covering conventional export activities as well as e-export, branding, and trade fair participation have been calculated based on the (CPI + PPI) / 2 formula and published on the Ministry’s official website.

Export and e-export support limits updated

The upper limits of numerous programs including market entry certification, overseas trademark registration, market entry projects, international and domestic trade fairs, global supply chain supports, unit rental and promotion expenses, Eximbank interest rate differential support, Eximbank insurance compensation support, buyer credit compensation support, Green Deal compliance projects, as well as design and TURQUALITY® programs have been revised in accordance with Decision No. 5973.

E-Export Supports Under Decision No. 5986

The upper limits applicable to items such as digital marketplace promotion expenses, e-export order fulfillment services, warehouse rental supports, online store expenditures, marketplace commissions, services obtained from e-commerce service providers in target countries, as well as virtual trade fairs and virtual trade mission organizations have been determined in accordance with the Decision No. 5986 on E-Export Supports.

Under this item, Eximbank interest rate differential support, export credit insurance support, and buyer credit compensation support are included. The figures provided in the source are as follows:

  • 2026 (Updated): TRY 1,292,800,000

  • Pre-2026 Projection (Previous): A tiered increase series is observed, reaching up to TRY 493,271,347.

  • 2025 Limit: TRY 76,310,542

  • 2024 Limit: TRY 55,925,645

  • 2023 Limit: TRY 36,199,000

  • 2022 Initial Levels: TRY 10,000,000 and TRY 20,000,000

Export Consortium Support

  • 2026 Limit: TRY 62,054,400

  • 2025 Limit: TRY 48,000,000 (this is an updated figure)

  • 2024 Limit: TRY 27,962,050

  • 2023 Limit: TRY 18,099,00
