Construction cost index increased in March

The material index increased by 2.31 percent compared to February, while the labor index increased by 1.76 percent compared to February. When these data were compared with March of the previous year, it was seen that the material index increased by 48.21 percent and the labor index increased by 105.09 percent.

Building construction cost index increased by 62.94 percent on an annual basis

Building construction cost index increased by 2.04 percent compared to the previous month and 62.94 percent compared to the same month of the previous year. Compared to the previous month, the material index increased by 2.19 percent and the labor index increased by 1.68 percent. In addition, compared to the same month of the previous year, the material index increased by 50.49 percent and the labor index increased by 105.16 percent.

Construction cost index for non-building structures was announced as 53.57 percent annually

The construction cost index for non-building structures increased by 2.54 percent compared to the previous month and 53.57 percent compared to the same month of the previous year. Compared to the previous month, the material index increased by 2.71 percent and the labor index by 2.06 percent. In addition, compared to the same month of the previous year, the material index increased by 41.27 percent and the labor index increased by 104.83 percent.
