In November 2022, national stainless steel exports amounted to 478.9 thousand tons.
The biggest increase was experienced in shipments to Korea, which increased by 2.7 times compared to the previous month. This was because the production lines at the Posco plant were closed due to the typhoon in early September.
Stainless steel producers in China shipped about 4.239 million tons of their products abroad in just eleven months. This is 3.6% higher than in the same period of the previous year.
