Canada extends trade measures on corrosion-resistant steel sheet imports from Türkiye and Vietnam

In its review conducted as part of the expiry review investigation, the Tribunal concluded that the expiry of the measures imposed following the decision dated 16 November 2020 would likely result in the recurrence of injury to Canada's domestic industry.

Based on this assessment, the Tribunal ruled that the existing measures should remain in force. Accordingly, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) will continue to apply anti-dumping duties on imports of the subject products from Türkiye and Vietnam, and countervailing duties on products originating from Türkiye.
