Brazil's scrap exports increased in June

Brazil's scrap exports decreased by 19.3% in June but increased by 256% from the previous year, reaching 46,000 tons.

The export value was US$19 million, a 9.9% decrease but a 119.2% y-o-y increase.

From January to June, exports reached 353,000 tons, with India being the main destination. The main export destination was Bengal and the United Arab Emirates.
