French multinational mining and metallurgical company ERAMET announced its annual report for October-December 2017 on 20 January. ERAMET produced approximately 1.08 million tonnes of manganese ore and sintered ore, up 10% year-on-year.
In addition, manganese alloy production increased by 3% year-on-year to approximately 180,000 tonnes, while sales increased by 5% year-on-year to approximately 190,000 tonnes.
In nickel, production increased by 11% year-on-year to around 15,000 tonnes, while sales increased by 3% year-on-year to around 16,000 tonnes.
