As of 6 July, Türkiye's long steel market showed mixed price movements in the rebar segment. While prices declined in Istanbul, a notable increase was recorded in Payas. Karabük posted a slight increase, whereas prices in İzmir remained unchanged. Producer offers generally held steady, while no price changes were observed in the billet, wire rod, and section segments.
Rebar
In the spot market, rebar prices in Istanbul decreased by TRY 200/t to TRY 32,800/t, while prices in Payas increased by TRY 800/t to TRY 32,800/t. Karabük recorded a TRY 100/t increase, whereas İzmir prices remained stable.
