By the end of the first quarter of 2023, the products that filled the Indian EU Steel quotas were Stainless Wire Rod and Seamless Stainless Tubes and Pipes.
The quota of 6,949/t opened for Stainless Wire Rod and the quota of 5,537/t for Seamless Stainless Tubes and Pipes have been filled.
Coil group quotas are moving quite slowly
While 75.373/t of 370.063/t quota opened for CRC was used, 294.690/t remained.
Of the 614.526/t quota for HRC, 111,847/t was used. Of this amount, 333,543/t was transferred and 502.679/t remained.
While 109,292/t was transferred out of the 181.398/t quota for 4B Metallic Coated Sheets, 30,701/t was used. 150,697/t remained.
While 7.195/t of the 81,193/t quota opened for Organic Coated Sheets was transferred, 44.806/t was used, leaving 36,387/t remaining to fill the quota.
The product that continued its course in the sheet group faster than other products was 4A Metallic Coated Sheets
19.944/t of the 70,445/t quota opened for 4A Metallic Coated Sheets was transferred. 68.155/t was used and 2.290/t remained.
Stainless Hot Rolled Quarto Plate was the slowest moving product
38.101/t was transferred from the quota of 67,067/t for Stainless Hot Rolled Quarto Plate. While only 3.523/t of this amount was used, 63,544/t remained.
Stainless Bars and Light Sections quotas are about to expire
Out of the 29.879/t quota for Stainless Bars and Light Sections, 29.853/t was used. Although there is no transferred quota amount, 26/t remain.
