Construction Work of Okan Tower Miami Project Begins Again

With the normalization, the work is starting again in the Okan Tower Miami project, which was implemented as a mixed project with an investment of 300 million dollars by Okan Holding. The 236-room hotel of the project, which will include a total of 389 units, including 153 residences, will be built by Hilton. In the project, which will consist of offices on 4 floors, apartments ranging from 45 to 250 square meters have been designed.

Making a statement on the subject, Okan Holding Chairman of the Board Bekir Okan said that Okan Tower Miami is the largest construction project to be realized by a Turkish company in the USA.

Saying that they will start the project again in the coming days, Okan announced that the 70-storey project is one of the highest-rise buildings in Miami. Noting that a 5-star hotel, parking lot, offices and flats will be built within the scope of the project, Okan said that the sales of the project continue both in Turkey and in the USA.
