Commercial Metals Company (CMC) has agreed to acquire Tendon Systems, LLC (Tendon). Tendon's revenues were approximately USD 60 million in calendar year 2022.
Commercial Metals Company stated that this acquisition strengthens its market position in construction reinforcement and complements its existing position in post-tensioning cable.
Tendon Systems, LLC (Tendon) is a leading provider of post-tensioning, barrier cable and concrete restoration solutions applied in various types of construction, including multi-family housing and parking structures.
