China's iron ore and concentrate imports fell 14.1 percent year on year in October

According to customs statistics, China imported 91.61 million mt of iron ore and concentrate in October.

Imports from Australia, which remains the largest supplier, totaled 58.41 million mt, up 1.2 percent month on month and down 3.9 percent year on year. Brazil is still the second largest supplier. Imports from Brazil totaled 20.22 million mt, down 12.8% month on month and 19.7 percent year on year.
