The agreement covers several parts of Blastr's integrated value chain, including iron ore sourcing, purchasing, product sales, logistics and financial services.
Due to the growing global demand for green steel, the two parties also signed a memorandum of understanding last year to supply fossil fuel-free steel to the Nordic region. Blastr Green Steel is also developing a DR grade pellet plant with a capacity of 6 million tonnes per year and a direct reduced iron plant with a capacity of 2.5 million tonnes per year.
