Alcoa's revenue fell in Q2

Alcoa Corp., one of the leading aluminum producers in the US, reported that its revenue fell 26.3% in the second quarter of this year compared to the same period last year.

Alcoa's revenue fell in Q2

It was reported at US$2.684 billion, down 26.3% from the same period last year.

During the period, the net loss was USD 62 million, compared to USD 496 million in the year-ago period. The loss per share was USD 2.67.

In addition, adjusted EBITDA excluding special items was recorded at USD 137 million, down from USD 913 million in the second quarter of 2022.
