Asya Katılım Bankacılığı AŞ'nin, A 101 marketleriyle bilinen Yeni Mağazacılık AŞ'deki bir kısım hissesinin, Aydın Perakendecilik Yatırımları AŞ'ye devri için Rekabet Kurumuna başvuruda bulunuldu.

Kurumun internet sitesinde yayınlanan duyuruya göre, Bank Asya'nın, Yeni Mağazacılık AŞ'deki bir kısım hissesinin Aydın Perakendecilik tarafından devralınması işlemine ilişkin başvuru yapıldı.
