Fransa'da düzenleyici kurum ABD'li bankaya Fransa ve Belçika tahvillerinde manipülasoyndan dolayı 20 milyon euro ceza verdi.

Fransa'dan Morgan Stanley'e “Tahvil Manipülasyonu” Cezası

Fransa'da finansal piyasalar düzenleyici kurumu Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) Morgan Stanley & Co International Plc'ye ülke tahvili fiyatlarında manipülasyon nedeniyle 20 milyon euro (22 milyon dolar) ceza verdiğini açıkladı.

Kurum tarafından Salı günü yapılan açıklamada AMF, ABD'li bankanın 16 Haziran 2015 tarihinde 14 Fransa Hazine tahvilinde ve 8 Belçika tahvilinde manipülasyon yaptığını belirtti.
Ayrıca AMF, Morgan Stanley'nin bir Fransa Hazine tahvili vadeli kontratında da manipülasyon yaptığını ekledi.
