ArcelorMittal, Arvedi'ye Çelik Fabrikası Satıyor

Haberlere göre ArcelorMittal, İtalyan çelik şirketi Arvedi ile İtalya'daki La Magona galvanizli çelik tesisinin satılması konusunda anlaşmaya vardı.
Endüstri, Arvedi'nin 59.5 milyon ABD doları karşılığı 50 milyon euro ödemeyi kabul ettiğini belirtti.

Şu anda Avrupa galvanizli çelik pazarında ArcelorMittal'in pazar payı % 38, İtalya'nın Ilva şirketi % 8, İtalya'nın Marcegaglia şirketi % 6'lık bir paya sahiptir.
