ABD, Türkiye'den Çelik Halat A.Ş. için nihai anti-damping kararını verdi

Türkiye'nin Çelik Halat ve Tel Sanayi A.Ş. (Çelik Halat), incelemeye konu olan tek üretici/ihracatçı, 30 Eylül 2020 ile 31 Ocak 2022 arasındaki inceleme döneminde öngerilmeli beton çelik tel demetini (PC teli) normal değerin altında sattı.

Bu nedenle Çelik Halat'a %53.65 ağırlıklı ortalama damping marjı verildi.

Söz konusu ürünler, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri Uyumlaştırılmış Tarife Çizelgesinin (HTSUS) 7312.10.3010 ve 7312.10.3012 alt başlıkları altındadır.
