Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV'nin Ferrari'nin hisselerinin yüzde 10'u için başlattığı halka arz süreci tamamlanmak üzere.

Ferrari Halka Arzı Tamamlanmak Üzere

Ferrari2nin halka arzında 48-52 dolar fiyat aralığında başlatılan talep toplama sürecinin bugün tamamlanması ve halka arz fiyatının yarın kamuoyuna duyurulması bekleniyor.

Ferrari hisselerinin Çarşamba günü ise New York Borsası'nda ilk kez işlem göreceği tahmin ediliyor.

Halka arzın belirtilen fiyat aralığında tamamlanması ile Ferrari'nin piyasa değeri 9,8 milyar dolar civarında oluşacak.
