Yusco and Tang Eng to keep September stainless steel prices stable

Yieh United Steel Corp. (Yusco), one of Taiwan's well-known stainless steel producers, announced September prices for stainless steel flat products. The company announced that prices in September will remain at August levels, taking into account changes in raw material costs, energy costs and exchange rates.

Taiwan's major stainless steel producer Tang Eng Iron Works Co., Ltd. announced that it will keep its prices unchanged for September. The company ended the 16-month market bargaining process that has been going on since May last year. The price adjustment was in line with market expectations. Without any significant changes in the market, the fixed price implementation was positively received by market participants.
