The Supreme Court of the United States ruled that several U.S. steel importers, including Pennsylvania-based Dorman Products Inc and subsidiaries of Turkish steelmaker Borusan Mannesmann, have been charged with the 232nd Amendment. The Court denied the appeals against steel import duties on the Article.
The U.S. International Trade Commission announced the reason U.S. importers covered almost all of these duties from 2018 to 2021 was because import prices increased at the same rate as the duties.
