US pig iron and flat steel prices remained unchanged in the new week. HRC coil price was announced as $950.00 and CRC price as $1,185.00. The pig iron price was at $430.00.
Brazilian pig iron price remained stable at $404.00 in the new week.
Scrap prices continue to fluctuate
The US HMS1 scrap price was down $5 to $360.00, while the HMS 1/2 (80:20) scrap price was up slightly by $2 to $352.00.
Coking coal prices increased
Australia's coking coal price was announced at $241.00 in the new week.
