US has withdrawn its AD and CVD assessments of China's wire rod

USDOC rescinds administrative reviews on anti-dumping and CVD orders on carbon and alloy steel wire rod.

US has withdrawn its AD and CVD assessments of China's wire rod

Administrative reviews of anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on carbon and alloy steel wire rod originating in China have been canceled by USDOC.

The evaluation period ran from January 1 through December 31, 2022.

The revocation was justified by the timely withdrawal of review requests. Hot-rolled carbon steel and alloy steel coils with circular cross sections, classed under tariff categories 7213 and 7227, are at issue.
