The U.S. has decided to expand anti-dumping duties on cold-drawn steel pipes for China, Germany, India, Italy, South Korea and Switzerland.
The U.S. Department of Commerce reports that cold drawn pipe shipments in six countries can lead to continuous or repeated dumping, and local manufacturers may be adversely affected.
It was reported that the weighted average dumping margin for China will be up to 186.89%, the weighted average dumping margin for Germany will be up to 209.06%, the weighted average dumping margin for India will be up to 33.8%, the weighted average dumping margin for Italy will be up to 68.95%, the weighted average dumping margin for South Korea will be up to 30.48%, and the weighted average dumping margin for Switzerland will be up to 30%.
