The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has decided to transfer the property of Novokramatorsky Mashinostroitelny Zavod (NKMZ) to state ownership. Terms of the transition are not disclosed yet. The resolution on the forcible expropriation of property under the legal regime of martial law was passed by 316 votes.
NKMZ equipment can be used in defense industry in production of large-caliber shells, components of artillery weapons and the latest domestic artillery weapons. In this regard, it is very important to prevent the equipment from being seized by the enemy and to use it for the good of Ukraine.
