Türkiye's rebar exports up by 13% in January-June period

According to data compiled by SteelRadar from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), Türkiye's rebar exports decreased by 30.4% y-o-y to 213,885 tons from 307,263 tons in June 2024. It fell by 41.8% compared to the previous month.

Total rebar exports in the January-June period increased by 13% compared to the same period of the previous year, rising from 1,410,937 tons to 1,593,865 tons.

The country to which Türkiye exported the most rebar in June was the Republic of Djibouti with 38,164.4 tons, followed by Yemen with 14,915 tons, Cyprus with 12,742.9 tons, Trinidad and Tobago with 12,181.6 tons and Panama with 11,332 tons.
