The Aegean Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals Exporters' Association will host an online webinar to address the risks and transformation opportunities facing Türkiye’s steel industry.
The event will take place on Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 14:00 to 16:00 via the Zoom platform.
Metallurgy Expert Muammer Bilgiç will take part in the webinar as a speaker. Within the scope of the event, under the title “Risks and Transformation Options for the Turkish Steel Industry Following CBAM Reference Values,” the current state of the sector, the potential impacts of implementing CBAM reference values, and possible transformation strategies will be discussed.
